Both the Blackberry and Nokia are ready to re-enter market in January and February respectively And Nokia already completed first sale of their very first android phone Nokia 6 in china . All packed units of Nokia 6 was sold out in very early and this shows the impact made in the re entry of Nokia with android platform.

In the year 2016 ,Blackberry officially announced no longer manufacture hardware, choosing to focus on software and services instead. The rights to the mobile phone brand BlackBerry was being handed over to TCT, a fully owned US subsidiary of the Chinese TCL - the same guys that own and manufacture the Alcatel phones.Recently TCL and Blackberry have launched the DTEK50 and the DTEK60 in the market, which are Android-based smartphones.

At the CES 2017 Blackberry could showcase the Mercury, which is the most anticipated QWERTY keyboard-based smartphone.
The Blackberry Mercury is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor and comes with a 4.5-inch screen. Also it gets 18 megapixel front camera, 8 megapixel rear camera, 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage, while the power source for this phone is a 3,400 mAh battery. It will run on Android 7 Nougat combined with BlackBerry’s own security and productivity suit. This phone will feature a fingerprint sensor integrated into the space bar.

The company was hesitant to reveal any hardware specifications at this point, which is quite unusual having in mind they already had a pre-production device on display at CES 2017

Mercury is expected to launch in february 2017. We hope Mercury will also be make deep impact in the market as it is Android. Nevertheless, we were glad to learn that TCT/TCL's plans for the BlackBerry devices go way beyond a simple rebranding scheme and they were really eager to make this abundantly clear at CES 2017.
